Let’s be honest, Walt Disney World is amazing but it’s not known for the array of salad bars. This is more of a quick guide list of places that serve ‘healthier’ options. It’s not intended to be a full in- depth guide but more to give you an idea of where you can find better options per park so you know where they are. We ate at some, not at others but had this list with us in case we fancied something lighter or craved veggies and salad.

There may be more options but we hope this helps as a starting point.

EPCOT

Let’s start with our favourite park - Epoct has plenty of options especially if you land when Food & Wine is on. If not, world showcase is the perfect place to get healthy bites from around the world.

Tangerine Café - Veggie Platter, Couscous, Tabouleh, Salads

Sunshine Seasons - Soups, Salads, Veggies, Fruit, Veggie Wraps, Seafood Entrees, Vegan Fruit Dessert

Tokyo Dining - Sushi, Chicken, Veggies, rice

Tepan Edo - Grilled chicken, noodles, fish

Spice Road Table - Chicken & Koftas

Kabuki Café - Sushi

Katsura Grill - Sushi, noodles, salad

Magic Kingdom

Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café - Greek Salad, Plant-based Sloppy Joe.

Liberty Square Market - Fruit & Trail mix.

Columbia Harbour House - Salads, Green Beans and Carrots and Fresh fruit and vegetable options.

ANIMAL KINGDOM

Satuuli - (Pandora land) - Noodle bowls

Yak N Yeti (Asia) - we ate here and would recommend it. Options include - Egg white English muffin, Yoghurt parfait, Teriyaki chicken salad, Shrimp & rice. For the kids meals - chicken strips, fruit, water.

Harambe Fruit Market - (Africa) - whole pieces fruit

HOLLYWOOD STUDIOS

Anaheim Produce - (rock n roller coaster) - Fruit.

ABC Commissary - (middle park) - Salads.

Trolley Car Cafe (Hollywood Boulevard) - Egg white wrap + fruit.

DISNEY SPRINGS

4 Rivers Cantina - Burrito bowl

Earl of Sandwich - Salads, sandwiches, wraps

Pepe by José Andres - Spanish snacks & salads

YeSaki - Poke bowls.
